Module 3 Discussion Forum

At the end of each module, you are required to make a posting of at least 100 words to a discussion forum and reply to at least one other participant's post. The topic for Module 3 is as follows:

  • How mindful are you? If you haven't already done so, take the online 'Awake Mind: Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire'. Reflect on your results. At a personal level, it may be useful to use this as a before and after indicator if you wish to begin a formal mindfulness practice. Give yourself at least 8 weeks between surveys.
